Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund|return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received as, including the original packaging, to complete your refund|return, we require proof of purchase. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item including the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, you should expect to receive your full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of the package been returned back to us, however in most cases you will receive a refund within 72 hours.
